At LIVE WORK PLAY, our priority is to make certain of your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 calendar days of receipt of item(s). Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. All return items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging, and be accompanied with a return authorization number.
If you need to return or exchange your item, please click here to contact our customer service team and they will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Once we have received and reviewed your request a refund or exchange will be processed, depending on the request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Every genuine LIVE WORK PLAY product bought from LVWRKPL.com or a 3rd party retail partner is authorized for replacement due to warranty issues, however, we do not off returns or refunds on products bought from other 3rd party retailers. Please contact their customer support for more information.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
